PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) / Pilates class combines elements of Pilates and the specialized PBT system to enhance core strength, flexibility, alignment, and muscle memory for dancers and non-dancers alike. Focuses on controlled, low-impact exercises that improve posture, & physical strength.
