For those who have discovered a passion for performance, we provide enriching opportunities to showcase your talent and celebrate dance within our community.

Competitive Performers
If you thrive on stage and enjoy the excitement of competition, we have a team ready to support your journey. We believe dance is a personal journey, and placements don’t define your value. Our focus is on helping you perform at your best and grow along the way. If you're interested in competing, show up to auditions, commit to the process, and we’ll guide and support you through it.

YAGP: Youth America Grand Prix
YAGP is a prestigious opportunity for our full-time NNBA students who are committed to intensive training. We closely monitor student development and select a few dancers each year to represent us at this event.

Company Level

Being in Company Level provides valuable stage experience and prepares students for success in any professional environment.

​​

Company Level cast members will be part of Reno Ballet Theatre (RBT). RBT members are role models to the younger students and sign a contract upon entering the program, which both represents their commitment to the level of training and lays out the code of conduct and rules of company membership. They are also encouraged to become leaders in our community by helping with and participating in community programs, such as the adaptive dance program, performance workshops for school children, and summer dance camps. ​
