Posture and Alignment: Reinforcing the importance of maintaining proper form and positioning, particularly in standing and jumping exercises.
Musicality: Improving the ability to move in time with music and develop a sense of rhythm.
Coordination and Balance: Developing fluidity in movements and the ability to execute more challenging combinations.
Confidence: Encouraging students to take risks with their technique and develop confidence in performing steps.
