Posture & Alignment: Emphasizing proper body alignment, turnout, and maintaining a strong, engaged core.
Basic Ballet Technique: Introducing fundamental movements like pliés, tendus, and relevés, which are the building blocks for more advanced ballet.
Coordination & Balance: Helping students develop balance and control while learning to coordinate arm and leg movements.
Flexibility & Strength: Building the physical strength and flexibility needed for more complex ballet steps.
Musicality: Encouraging students to begin moving in time with the music and understanding basic rhythms.
