Ms. Costella brings over 25 years of experience in performing arts, entertainment and entertainment productions. The last decade being spent with Princess Cruises, LTD. as a Cast Manager, Project Supervisor, and Production Dancer. She has worked on over 30 different productions with over 35 casts.
Throughout her career, Ms. Costella has demonstrated a diverse range of responsibilities, spanning from performing arts such as dancing and acting, to pivotal roles in casting, directing, and producing. Her experience extends to managing schedules, overseeing projects, and ensuring the integrity of products. With a strong emphasis on leadership, organizational prowess, and self-motivation, she has consistently driven teams towards success while enhancing processes for efficiency and sustainability.
